Appointment Info

When booking an appointment:

• Let the receptionist know what service you would like to book and if you have a preference of service staff.
• What day and time is best for you.
• Realize that we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
• Let the receptionist know if you have any underlying conditions. Such as pregnancy, diabetes, cancer, allergies, etc.
• If you are booking a package or multiple services, please realize we do require a deposit. Booking one service for two or more people, will require a deposit. Deposits can be in the form of payment with a credit card or using your gift card.
• We do require 24 hours notice for cancellation or changes of services for single appointments. We require 48 hours notice for multiple appointments or spa packages. Failure to give adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• We will make a reminder call or email the day before your appointment.
• A credit card is required to book online. Ciao Bella Day Spa accepts only VISA and Mastercard.
