Natalie has 8 years experience in Esthetics. On August 14, 2007, Natalie opened Ciao Bella Day Spa in the Crystal Lake Plaza. Natalie works full time managing the day to day operations. Her goal at the spa is to provide a safe and pleasant working environment for her staff, provide superior services and products for her clients in a clean and relaxing atmosphere, and to help assist clients experience something extraordinary at Ciao Bella.
Janelle Tremblay

Janelle received her certification in Bio Sculpture Gel Nails in October 2006. She then went on to receive certification in the Full Esthetics Program from the European Institute of Esthetics in June 2009. Gold medalist in both the 2009 Alberta Skills competition and the 2009 Canadian National Skills competition held in Prince Edward Island. Janelle then received a scholarship to take her CIDESCO International Esthetics and she graduated in October 2009. Janelle enjoys doing facials, chemical peeling treatments, and Bio Sculpture Gel Nails.

Customer Service is Lana’s “passion”, she is the communication laison for the spa. Lana is here to help clients with their requests She is the girl to get the job done.
Rhiannon
Registered Massage Therapist

Rhiannon joined the Ciao Bella team in April 2010. She graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba’s 2200 hour program in 2007. She had a desire to travel so she signed up to practise massage therapy aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines right after graduation. Her experience in the spa industry has motivated her to pursue a career incorporating relaxation with therapeutic techniques to offer the most effective treatments for each individual’s needs. She relies on her powerful intuition along with her extensive training to work with, not on her clients, so they can participate in the healing process. Rhiannon’s techniques include Swedish relaxation, therapeutic, sports, hot stones, myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilization, trigger point work, functional muscle release, muscle energy technique, muscle/injury rehabilitation, and pre-natal and post-natal massage. Rhiannon is also certified in body treatments including body polishes and body wraps for ultimate relaxation of the entire body.
Leigha

Leigha joined the team at Ciao Bella in November 2011. Leigh is from the Sexsmith area but now resides in Grande Prairie. Leigha graduated from the Academy of Professional Hair Design in Red Deer, AB in 2010. She has 2 years experience with hair design. Leigha is a certified hair extension specialist and makeup artist. Leigha’s interests are volleyball, rodeo and she is a certified competitive and recreation gymnastics coach. Her bubbly & energetic personality is what drives her passion for the hair industry. Leigha takes the time to ensure her clients are fully satisfied before they leave the spa.
Mandee

Mandee joined our team in June of 2011. We were so glad as she has a bubbly personality and she always looks forward to giving her clients that extra special attention. Mandee loves nail art and enjoys creating that unique look for her client’s nails. Mandee will be taking a waxing certification course in March. She is excited to further expand her services.
