This is my first visit to Ciao Bella. Should I arrive early for my appointment?
We recommend you should arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time to fill out any necessary paperwork, fit you into a pair of spa sandals, get you a refreshment, and to get started on time.
Is there a minimum age to enjoy the Spa & can I bring my children?
We will perform services for clients 12 years and older. For your comfort and relaxation, our spa is only available to spa clients. Sorry, children are not allowed in the spa.
Oops, I’m late. Now what?
Any arrival more than 10 mins after your scheduled visit may need to be re-booked. Arriving late may result in your treatment time being adjusted.
How do I cancel my appointment?
We do require 24 hours notice for single appointments and 48 hours notice for multiple services or package appointments to cancel without being charged for the appointment.
We always make confirmation calls the day before your scheduled appointment. If provide us with your email address as well, we will send a email reminder of the upcoming appointment.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, just give us a call even after hours as we will give you a call back.

Should I tip?
Gratuities are appreciated and left to the client’s discretion. Please feel free to leave a gratuity for the service staff if you are satisfied with your service.
If you wish, our receptionist will be happy to assist you in calculating the appropriate gratuity for any service.
