Your Gift Card purchase can be processed by calling us or emailing the request, (then we will make a quick call to yourself to acquire the credit card #).  We will process the payment and issue the Gift Card. “GIFT CARDS ARE NOT VALID UNTIL THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.”

If time isn’t on your side, our Instant Printable Gift Cards come to the rescue! This feature will allow you to print or email the Gift Card directly to yourself or the recipient.   Online gift cards are subject to all the terms and conditions listed on our website.    **A 5% convenience fee will be added to Instant Online Gift Card purchases. **

Terms & Conditions for Gift Cards

• Gift card must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Can be used as a deposit for booking appointments.
• Gift cards are “Non-refundable”, “Non-transferable” and have “No cash value.”
• Gift card is not valid toward the purchase of another gift card.
• Any resale or transfer of this card will render it VOID and subject it to cancellation.
• Ciao Bella Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift card purchase for any reason.
• If the specified service/package is no longer available by the time the gift card is redeemed, the value of the gift card will go into effect.
• Any unused balance on the gift card will remain until redeemed.
• If the purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift card, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.
• “No showing” for appointments will have the amount of the appointment deducted from the card.
• “Late cancelling” of appointments will have 1/2 the amount of the appointment deducted from the card.
• If a gift card has been purchased for a specific service or package, but the recipient wishes to change the service/package, the dollar amount of the gift card will go into effect.
• I.D. may be requested to verify the gift card recipient.
• Ciao Bella reserves the right to dishonor the gift card, if it reasonably believes the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
• Ciao Bella reserves  the right to immediately invalidate gift cards, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback.
• Online Gift Cards are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed in the online feature.
