Deposits are required to book Spa Packages. Deposits are non-refundable. Gift cards can be used as deposits for Spa Packages.

We require 48 hours notice of package changes or cancellations to avoid forfeit of deposit.

If a gift card recipient wishes to make a change to a package, the dollar amount of the package will then go into effect. When booking a package, please realize that we will do our best to accommodate your preference of time, day and service staff.
